We are offering sit down congregate meals, we do also offer an open-door policy between 12:00pm and 1:00pm Monday – Thursday and 9:30am-10:30am on Fridays. For the Elders on the go, ready to go meals can be picked up at the site.
There are two Title VI Elder Nutrition Programs offered by UIHS
The Tolowa Dee-Ni’ Nation, Smith River CA area and Highway 101 corridor south to Crescent City and Elk Valley.

***Home Delivered Meals are for available for Elders who live in Crescent City or Smith River area.
The Pulikla Tribe of the Yurok People, Klamath, CA area receives Home Delivered Meals only.***
Elders who live in the Klamath, Crescent City, Smith River, or Elk Valley areas are qualified to receive home meals 5 days per week, except for holidays and closure days.
Please note that Route Delivery space is limited and there may be a wait list.
