United Indian Health Services, Inc. (UIHS) is soliciting bids from qualified individuals who are interested in serving as the Advocacy Consultant. The Advocacy Consultant will work with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors to:
- Provide advocacy training to the Board of Directors
- Develop, administer, and analyze training surveys to measure increased knowledge
- Develop “white papers” for advocacy visits to legislators
- Develop advocacy packets
- Assist Board of Directors with their approach to advocacy topics
- Develop form letters for follow-up
- Develop talking points
- Other advocacy tasks may be assigned

- Your hourly rate
- Tribal Identification if you are claiming American Indian Preference.

UIHS may make such investigations as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and UIHS reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy UIHS that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the requirements of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
