one or two days before your scheduled appointment time.

Timely Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call our dental front office team and give them a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a missed appointment.

On Time Arrival: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment our front office team may need to reschedule you for another time.

Opportunities: You can contact our dental front office if you have a transportation issue, need an extra reminder to keep your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule your appointment.

Please remember that scheduling your appointment is based on appointment availability and the provider’s availability.

Keeping appointments avoids compromising care.  Arriving 10 or more minutes late to any scheduled appointment time may be cause for rescheduling if there is insufficient time for planned treatment.

Allow 20 minutes to update any required paperwork and check-in prior to your scheduled appointment.Dental Services requires a legal guardian to accompany and remain present during appointments for minors (under the age of 18 years).  Legal guardians are asked to complete a medical history, sign legal consent, and complete any necessary paperwork at each and every minor client’s appointment.

We understand that situations may come up in today’s busy world that are beyond client control. Time, trained staff, and equipment are reserved for each procedure. Missed appointments add to the cost of care when reserved treatment rooms are left empty.

*Please call at least twenty-four hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.*

Adult No Cavity Club

We are announcing a No Cavity Club for our adults! Adult patients ages 12 and up who have a scheduled appointment for a prophy/exam and/or a periodic/comprehensive exam, and they are cavity free, will be entered into a monthly drawing for an electric toothbrush.

Dental Services will be offering each patient who attends their scheduled appointment a raffle ticket for a special prize.

Check in for your scheduled appointment at the dental front office window and receive a raffle ticket. You will be asked to place your contact information on the raffle ticket and drop it in our raffle box at our front desk to be entered into our monthly drawing.
