Certified Medical Assistants: Aiyana Risling

We are proud to celebrate one of our medical assistants who recently passed the NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) examination, Aiyana Risling! This is a significant professional accomplishment and an important milestone in her career. She successfully completed the NHA CCMA exam, a rigorous 3-hour exam consisting of 180 questions, including 150 scored questions and 30 unscored pretest questions. And she passed with a glowing score.

Becoming certified demonstrates that a medical assistant has prepared extensively and successfully demonstrated knowledge in the broad areas of medical assisting, including clinical care, administrative responsibilities, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, patient safety, and professional standards. Certification provides an additional measure of professional competency. It tells employers, healthcare teams, and patients that the MA has voluntarily met a recognized educational and testing standard rather than relying solely on on-the-job training.

For our clients, the benefit is ultimately about confidence, safety, and quality of care.  Congratulations Aiyana!
