Ashley Stone, BSN, RN, PHN, Diabetes Nurse Educator in the service area of Humboldt, works with clients at every stage of their diabetes journey. She provides individualized education for people with prediabetes, gestational diabetes, Type 1, and Type 2 diabetes. Ashley collaborates with your care team to support medication management, lifestyle changes, and diabetes technology such as glucose meters and CGMs. Her approach empowers clients to build self-care skills and reduce complications over time.

Linda Peacock, RN, CDCES, Diabetes Nurse Educator in the service area of Del Norte, offers personalized education and ongoing support designed around each client’s preferences and needs. She provides guidance on medications, lifestyle changes, device training, and customized meal planning. Linda also offers diabetic foot care services, helping prevent complications and support long-term wellness. Her goal is to help clients gain the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health.

Amy Aiello, Nutritionist, provides personalized nutrition and lifestyle counseling that meets clients where they are. She works one-on-one with individuals, supports families, and teaches group nutrition classes focused on practical, achievable changes. With a holistic background in functional nutrition, Ayurveda, and integrative herbalism, Amy helps clients build balanced habits that support long-term health.
Movement is another important part of diabetes care, and our fitness programs are designed to feel welcoming and achievable.

Ryan Matteri, Fitness Specialist, supports clients in building strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits. He offers one-on-one training, small group fitness sessions, and pool-based classes tailored to individual fitness levels. Ryan works closely with participants to set realistic goals and create sustainable activity plans that support diabetes management and overall wellness.
