A Simpler Check-In Process Now at UIHS!

UIHS clinics are starting a new and more streamlined check-in process to help make visits easier and reduce wait times for clients and staff.

With this new process, clients will no longer need to stop at the front Member Servies Representitive windows before appointments unless they need to update information like their insurance, address, or phone number. Instead, clients can go directly to the clinic area for their appointment, including Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and other services.

Front Office Assistants at all UIHS locations will be collecting co-pays as part of this new process.

Some UIHS clinics are already using this system. For other clinics, including Potawot Health Village and Jaroujiji Clinic, this will be a new change for clients and staff. We know new routines can take time, and we appreciate everyone’s patience during the change.

Our goal is to make check-in faster, easier, and smoother for everyone. Over the next few weeks, clients may see new signs and posters about the updated process.

Staff will be available to answer questions and help guide clients during check-in.

Thank you for your support as we continue working to improve the client experience at UIHS.
